Terms of Service

AppReviewFix (appreviewfix.com) is operated by Lokesh Sehgal, an individual sole proprietor based in Haryana, India. There is no separate registered company — "we," "us," and "AppReviewFix" in these terms mean the same person and business. You can reach us at hello@appreviewfix.com.

By creating an account, submitting a rejection for diagnosis, or purchasing any paid tier, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — see Section 12.

AppReviewFix diagnoses App Store and Google Play rejection messages and helps you fix them. The Free Decoder gives an instant, automated category, plain-language explanation, and likely causes. The Human-Verified Detail Report adds a root-cause analysis, fix checklist, reviewer-response draft, downloadable PDF, and a detailed chat discussion on your case — checked by a human reviewer before it's delivered to you. Done-For-You is a separately scoped engagement where a developer implements the fix on your app; pricing and deliverables for that tier are agreed per project via a quote, not fixed in advance. Agency Subscription is a recurring plan covering multiple apps under one account.

Apple's App Review and Google Play's review teams make their own independent decisions, and no one — including us — can guarantee that following our diagnosis, fix checklist, or Done-For-You implementation will result in approval on resubmission. What we do stand behind is that the diagnosis is a genuine, good-faith analysis grounded in the actual published guideline it cites, and that a Human-Verified report has actually been checked by a person before delivery.

You sign in with a Google account or email through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for the accuracy of the rejection details and app information you submit, and for keeping access to the email or Google account tied to your AppReviewFix account. Do not share your account or use it to submit cases on behalf of an app you do not have the right to represent.

Paid purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. This means Paddle — not AppReviewFix directly — is the seller on your invoice/receipt, handles payment collection, applicable sales tax or VAT, and is who your card statement will show as the charge. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency and amount presented at checkout; Paddle may apply currency conversion or local tax on top of the listed price depending on your location.

Human-Verified Detail Report ($49, one-time): full refund if you cancel before human review has started on your case; once a reviewer has begun or completed the review, the purchase is non-refundable. Done-For-You (from $25+, quoted per project): refund terms are set out in your individual quote/agreement before work begins; any deposit paid is generally non-refundable once work has started. Agency Subscription (from $49/mo): you can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then, and we do not refund partial billing periods. To request a refund within an eligible window, email hello@appreviewfix.com — refunds are issued back through Paddle to your original payment method.

Use AppReviewFix only for real apps and real rejection messages you're actually working on. Don't submit content that isn't yours to submit, attempt to scrape or resell our guideline library or diagnosis output at scale, interfere with the service's operation, or use the case-message/reply feature to send anything abusive, illegal, or unrelated to your case.

You keep ownership of the rejection messages, screenshots, and app details you submit. The diagnosis, fix checklist, reviewer-response draft, and any report we generate for your specific case are yours to use for your app once purchased. Our underlying guideline library, diagnostic methodology, and the AppReviewFix product itself remain ours — purchasing a report doesn't give you rights to resell, redistribute, or build a competing service from our guideline content.

AppReviewFix is provided "as is." We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and their guidelines, policies, and review decisions can change or be applied inconsistently in ways outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost revenue from a delayed app launch).

We may suspend or close an account that violates Section 8, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@appreviewfix.com; this doesn't entitle you to a refund of past purchases outside of Section 7.

We may update these terms as the product changes — for example, as new tiers or the Agency Subscription's terms are finalized. We'll update the date below when we do. Continuing to use AppReviewFix after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute not resolved directly with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India — except where Paddle's own terms govern a payment or billing dispute, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for those transactions.
