What this guideline means

The build submitted for review has to be finished and functional — no placeholder text, demo data left visible, dead links, or crashes on the exact device/OS the reviewer tests with.

Why apps actually get flagged

A very common cause is a backend or API endpoint that works in development but is unreachable from the reviewer's network, making core features appear broken.
